The mix comes in 3 - 1.5 gallon bags per case which makes 40 servings per bag totaling 120 servings per case. The mix is shelf stable for 6 months. It is aseptically packed and is RTU (Ready to use) which means no mixing! Each case makes about 160 - 4oz serving. The mix contains 3% butterfat (a real ice cream product, not "ice milk").
